Please join me for yoga practice every other Thursday! As a Certified Yoga Guide, I'm passionate about reminding my classmates that it's yoga PRACTICE, not yoga PERFECT. Wherever we are in our practice in the present moment, is absolutely perfect. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. It's not about striking some challenging pose you've seen on instagram. The meaning of yoga is "mind, body, spirit connection". It is in the balance between those 3 things, and between the "perfect" and "imperfect", that we find purpose, a sense of pride, and infinite possibility! I really hope to see you on the mat! Namaste.
