I LIKE BIG BUNS AND I CANNOT LIE.   In fact, someone once told me that the SECRETS OF THE UNIVERSE are tucked safely inside my bun. You could say, I'm the Forest Gump of buns: I can rock a top bun, bottom bun, low bun, high bun, to-the-side bun, all-the-way-to-the-front bun, right bun, left bun, twisted bun, braided bun, messy bun, clean bun, pristine bun, single bun, twin buns, triple buns, quadruple buns, and some buns it's just impossible to name. I should probably keep a catalogue of all the bun variations I've managed to create. I'm like a bun architect.   Plain and simple, I'M A BUN MASTER. Which brings me to ONE OF THE THINGS I'M MOST...

She kissed me so sweetly, as I sat smiling and chanting the final OMMMMMMM. Her lips were cool and salty, but so soft.  After stretching it through breath-taking stillness, my body was completely open to her now - The Sea Breeze. That is how I feel after every practice at this stunning yoga studio called the Power Of Now Oasis. It’s this powerful and peaceful structure/space/l formed of pure elements and positive energy. The open-air space faces the ocean less than 20 yards away, so practicing there is the perfect way to truly commune with and connect body, mind, soul, and SEA.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This also happened...the day before Nyepi there is a huge ritual that takes place called Bhuta Yajna.  Youth from various Balinese villages create huge life-like statues out of bamboo and paper called Ogoh-Ogoh.  The Ogoh-Ogoh represent demons and other evil spirits that are paraded through the streets to absorb all the evil from the island, before they are burned in a large public bonfire, warding off any wickedness on the Island of the Gods.
